Kelley Spahn McFadden

Kelley Spahn McFadden was born in Baltimore, Maryland and relocated to the Eastern Shore when she was nine years old.  She was honors graduate of Salisbury University receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work cum laude. After college graduation, she worked for the Wicomico County Department of Social Services. Kelley left the field of child welfare to pursue a career in law in 1999. Kelley is a graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. She received numerous awards including the National Award for Best Brief at the Seton Hall School of Law National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition, awarded quarter-finalist at the Ruby Vale Corporate Law Moot Court Competition, a recipient for the Order of the Barristers for outstanding oral and appellate advocacy and Dean’s List.  She was a law clerk for Delaware Volunteer Legal Services and the Worcester County State’s Attorneys Office.

After graduation, Kelley Spahn McFadden was employed as an Assistant Public Defender with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender for almost a decade in Worcester, Wicomico and Dorchester County. She began her own successful law practice in 2011. She is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, The Global Directory of Who’s Who Top Lawyer 2016, Maryland Bar Association, Wicomico County Bar Association (Secretary, 2016), Lower Shore Woman’s Bar Association, and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association. She is also an appointed member of the District 1 Trial Courts Judicial Nomination Commission for Wicomico, Worcester and Somerset County and an appointed member of the Peer Review Committee for the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission. Kelley continues to give back to her community through various charitable organizations including her position as board member for the YMCA in Salisbury.  In 2015, she joined with Bruce Anderson to establish Anderson & McFadden, LLC. The firm is dedicated to effective and aggressive criminal representation. Kelley Spahn McFadden resides in Wicomico County with her husband, Arch and their children.

C. Bruce Anderson

Bruce Anderson was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1953.  He entered Western Maryland College in Westminster, Maryland 1971 and majored in political science.  Following career in business and sales, Mr. Anderson graduated from University of Baltimore receiving his law degree with honors in 1992.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Anderson served as a law clerk for the Maryland Circuit Court judges in Wicomico County.  Later, Mr. Anderson worked primarily as a criminal defense litigator and a divorce attorney with Webster & Webster, PA in Salisbury, Maryland.  In 1998, Mr. Anderson became a sole practitioner focusing his practice on criminal defense in state and federal court.  In 2015, Mr. Anderson became of counsel for Anderson & McFadden, LLC.  He is a member of the National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association.  Mr. Anderson resides in Salisbury with his wife, Beth.
